    but reading the story of the terror that day,it says ,john smeaton was asked by GORDON BROWN and ALEX SALMON not to give evedience at the trial,because" his version of events casts doubts on what really happend"

    awwww, come on now, its probably because the whole media attention o john smeaton, and gordon browns word is not above the law, if the magistrates wanted him there, he wouldv been, how much evidence did they need?? the whole thing was captured on cctv!! and shown all over the world!!

    i dont get why the guy gets so much flack...ok hes a hun...that i understand, but that does not mean he has lied about his actions that day, nor has he ever said he is hero, he deserves the recognition for his bravery as do the others who acted that day, hun or no hun

    I called him a * because of what team he supports. Why is it only idiots in the Old Firm ever throw words like bigot around in these contexts? You don't get Arsenal and Spurs fans calling eachother bigots because they don't like eachother's fans.
