    Dulce Canal (Sweet Channel)

    and another one called

    Dolores Fuertes (Tranlsatable as Strong Pains).

    Poor women.

    Just remembered. An English friend of mine from years ago, had a great uncle and aunt from Yorkshire I think. He was Bramwell Honeyball. can't remember her name but he had another aunt called Ivy Moss.

    Totally true. No doubt they had a Jethro and an Obediah in the family too.

    * is not uncommon in Spain as a name in itself. I think it might have started as a short form of Estefanía, but '*' is a real name itself now.

    I've met a few Fannys myself and felt sorry especially for the ones who said they planned on going to england to work.

    There's also an Irish tune called * Powers, named after a real person. Written by O'Carolan if I'm not mistaken.

    This is true when I worked in Debenhams years ago, we had Mr Sillitoe in charge if the shoe department, Mr Jelly in charge of Catering, Mr Barbour in charge of Menswear there was more but the best was Cameron Mann the Camera Man in charge of you guessed it photography..........................................
