    so if we were in the premiership table we would be 5th placed on sums received.

    Was just about to post a thread on this.

    What I find ridiculous about the BBC coverage of it is that if you go to the BBC's SPL page you'll see this headline:
    Rangers receive Uefa Euros payout

    But if you go and read the story you see:
    It's actually a five figure sum as they received £28,736 for Libor Sionko (only cause he was their player during qualies), ICT received twice that for Niculae.

    We received ten times the money that Rangers did yet the title makes it sound like they were the only ones paid. :rolleyes:

    Obviously the sums are small and don't really make any impact but Celtic getting 273,000 odd and the huns getting only 29,000 made for very nice reading and hey every bit helps.

    If you go to the SPL page on the BBC website, the link says "Rangers receive Euros payout" everyone that got a payout got more than them and their name is headlined, *???
