    elaborate why its not really a ridiculous comment?

    if the fan ran onto the pitch when mcgeady was playing then i could see your point but It happened outside of football, had nothing to do with Rangers FC directly it was one of there fans.
    What about Nacho Novo getting death threats?, your saying you would be happy for us to be deducted points if it was proven a celtic fan sent it?

    no you wouldnt, so get a grip

    Typical of the scum...3 of them on him. But to be fair... an 'unprovoked' attack is unlikely...seen him in Bamboo one night giving as good as he got.

    It makes me sad when stuff like this doesn't get reported to the police. I can understand that he doesn't want any hassle, but we also need these guys brought to task for this.

    They can't be allowed to get away with racist sectarian attacks.

    Has this been reported anywhere else by the way? Has it made the papers in Scotland?

    i wouldn't expect him to stay at home everynight but if i was him i wouldnt be spending my time in glasgow nightclubs

    Im not looking to argue on here or back up those moronic arseholes that did it ,i would however suggest that mcgeady finds quieter places to go or finds something else to do

    People should be allowed to go where they want in this country without the fear of being attacked though.

    What does it tell us all about Scottish society?

    That people can't go where they want - they have to find alternative things to do to in order to be safe and avoid being violently racially abused?

    You're spot on as well mate, and you're right - it is reality unfortunately.

    It's about time the powers that be in this country woke up and smelled the coffee in relation to this sort of incident though.
