HAve to give the edge to Dalgliesh. Went on to be European player of the year, multiple European cups etc. Very close between King Kenny and King Henrik though.

Danny McGrain. . . A stick on for me. At his peak he was one of, if not, the best full
back in the world. Some would say he invented the term
    "wingback"

Tommy Gemmell. . . I never seen Tommy Gemmell play, but the hours of footage I
have seen of him means I cant leave him out. We haven't been
blessed with a lot of quality left backs, and his shooting power
    alone was amazing.

Paul Elliott . . . To me a towering presence. His timing of the tackle (after his
1st season) was exemplary. Great in the air and on the ground.
Chipped in with good few goals too, and who could forget that
    goal celebration.

Billy McNeill . . . Again I didn't see him play, but he was at the top for over 20
years. Captained the best team in the world, and his hall of
    medals speak for themselves.

Anyway. Defenders are pish. . give me a striker any day :icon_mrgreen:

On the basis that Danny could play in both full back positions my back four would be -
Davie Hay Billy McNeill George Connolly Danny McGrain

mouth watering stuff, well wen i picked my
back 4 i had to go with mcgrain voted one of
    the best right backs
in the world mcneil because he is a big lad
who also led from the back and
mjalby because i idolised him in the celtic
defense growing up ive never seen
alot of george connelly from footage if he
is as good as u say and i take your word for
it if you are sayin he is better than the
german guy cant spell his name then he
would also be there but im goin on what
ive seen and gemmell well he made some
runs and scored a few belters and played
awesome in the 1967 final out of this world
so goin on that i consider him good at left back

one last thing no disrespect id have left kenny out
amazing player and all but i think he was more devoted to
liverpool and became known with liverpool
henrik would have been my choice up top with mcgrory
