    his tactics in europe are poor most of the time, sometimes i wonder what hes doing picking certain players who dont deserve a game

    he has made a few good signings mcdonald sameras, but others such as donati couldnt have been worth as much as we bought them for, brown tho is also starting to show great value for money

    performances in the league tho have been very good, im not going to complain with a manager thats won 3 league titles in a row.

    I appreciate how the manager wants to win the SPL every year but has not shown too much of an aspiration to win Europe; in other words it is only a bonus. It is my hope that the mindset would shift from a bonus factor to a "let's go get it" mindset, with the understanding that yes we have been in the CL final 16 in recent years.
    I also am not oblivious to the fact that we do not usually have the same amount of money as those who end up winning the Champions League, but in the same right it would not hurt to give it a go. So all in all a 7 to WGS.

    He is doing well we cant argue with what success he has brought to our club but imo rangers have been * the the 2 seasons before last, infact 1 of us would probly have 1 the league if we managed them!! his signings last year won us it so good management, however if you look at his 31 signings over all i think half haven,t been no were near good enough, which he needs to improve on!!! all in all but he is doing a good job. but i would have tony mowbary or top of my wish list if he left.

    im worried.
    i feel he is between a rock and a hard place.
    he has spent money on big name players and punts on others who ended up rotting in reserves with big paychecks.
    i feel now he is over cautious/frightened to make a big decision on bringing in quality and paying them proper dollar in the event that they are another gravesen.
    its a psychological thing.

    He's competent manager who builds competent teams. perfect for Southampton but not for Celtic IMHO. Cant wait till he goes, these are dull times to be a Celtic supporter.
