Either way we should go for a strong line up, I would love to see us win the domestic treble this season.

I agree with Mr.Brightside and Metrobhoy above me.
Kilmarnock are playing well this season so I wouldn't want to risk putting out a younger or less experienced squad in case it comes back to haunt us.
I'd love to see the domestic treble this year (not just because I've got a fiver on it).

If we do happen be winning the match comfortably, I'd then put some of the fringe players on to let them show what they can do.
But I'll back the team whatever side Strachan puts out.

    My line up:

    Boruc

    Wilson Caldwell McManus Naylor

    Maloney Brown Hartley McGeady

    Skippy Sheridan

    Subs:

    M.Brown
    Caddis
    Loovens
    Robson
    McCourt
    Hutchinson
    Naka

But I can't remember whether or not you're only allowed 5 subs in the league cup?

Really wanting some more Cups this year aswell as the league. Confident about winning this one, as we are on a roll just now. Hopefully get the Orcs in the semi's so we get more tickets in the final

It is on BBC1 Scotland & will also be streamed live on the BBC Sport website but I would also check the red button as the Rangers game in the last round that was on BBC1 Scotland was also on there. Just to say also for people in Republic of Ireland it is on Setanta Ireland.

As far as the match itself is concerned, my prediction is we'll win 2-1, goals from Maloney & McDonald.

Mizuno yes, but I hate seeing the opposite side thing... He's a RM.

on the other hand 11 players are better than two :52:

I would give Hinkel a wee rest cause he is just back. Mick is out. Hartley and Naka tends to look tired if he plays 2 in a week and Sheridan is still a bit too raw. This team would in no way weaken us:

    ........................Boruc

    Caddis...........Caldwell...........Loovens..........Naylor

    McGeady.........Brown..........Robson........Maloney

    ...................Skippy.............Hutchinson

I would hope he would get 25 minutes or so. I think he could be a useful Naka type wide but not very pacey play maker. I actually think he will make it as an important regular member of the squad as long as he can get his fitness levels up. The SPL if nothing else demands a high level of fitness, much more than he is used to by his own admission. My predictionis he will make it but Koki Mizuno wont.

    Caddis-McManus-Loovens-Naylor
    Naka--Brown--Robson--McGeady
    -----Hutchinson--Sheridan------

Hopefully, would be happy with anything as long a Hutchinson and Sheridan start.

It's gonna be a hard game so I wouldn't fill the team with youngsters. I'd give Caddis a game though and i'd like to see Hutchinson,Mizuno and Mcourt in action as well - maybe from the bench. I think we'll get the win though. I'll go for 2-0 , Maloney and Sheridan. Hopefully we go through and I'd like to see us get the huns :50:

    Sheriden Maloney

    Subs: M.Brown
    Caddis
    McDonald
    Hartley
    Donatti
    Hutchionson
    O'Dea

I'd start with that 11 and if were either sitting at 0-0 or 1-0 down at half time Id suggest bringing on McDonald for Sheriden and then Hartley for McCourt & move Robson to left hand side and McGeady to the right.

But if were going in 2 or 3 goals up at half time id bring O'Dea for Caldwell, Donatti or Hartley for Brown and Maloney off and give Hutchinson a run for mabye half an hour.
