    why replace Nakamura with another 30 year old ffs ?

    if you're replacing Nakamura, make it a youth player, who we will get many years out of, not someone we will need to replace in 2 years time.

    i highly doubt he is anywhere near Shunsuke in terms of ability.

    No caps, playing in the bottom half of the Swedish league, almost 30, no thanks. There are better and younger Czechs in the Czech league who are starting to pick up caps since the 'oldies' are being replaced. One has just gone to Germany, Martin Fenin, striker mind you. He scored a hat trick on his debut there, scored in the U21 world cup final last year against Argentina and scored against Artur last week in the Euros. You could get him for a song. But I suppose that's all by the by.

    he dosent sound a bad player now!and we probably do need to sign a young striker albeit on the cheap of course as 4 probably is not enough as we have found out this week with sammy and jan out we are very ordinary up front and maybe young guys like fenin and hutchinson would be good for the club.but sort out the defence before any more signings.id take a good LB over kaka just now.whats the point in having lads who can score us goals if we just keep leaking them at the back?

    Bhoy92 I agree that it's the defence which needs priority. I was just pointing out that there is cheap talent going about. Only problem in CZE is there aren't many great defenders and those that are don't play in the positions we need to strengthen. There is one excellent right back (a Slovak playing here) at Slavia Prague, Krejcik. Bombs up and down the flank, tackles like Davie Hay and not that old (not sure exactly how old) he also has 10 caps .Now THAT would be a bargain for January. But do we need a right back?
