Aye, see, then it's the big excuse IT'S MA HORMONES - but OUR hormones, the good ol' aggression/need */motivational hormone, testosterone CAN'T be used as an excuse, eh? No, a guy never gets away with OCH DARLING IT'S MA HORMONES, even though it's just as likely.

Sorry, Marie, just remembered you're a mod - how are your hormones todat pet!?:icon_mrgreen:

Ah but you just said, ours are wrong, so basically it isn't our fault, it's natures fault :icon_mrgreen:

Honestly, I haven't had a girlfriend since I was 15 (4 years ago) and have no intention whatsoever of having another one anytime soon. The time/reward ratio is nowhere near good enough for me.

Not at all Renfri, not at all!

ANd as for Marie! You hypocrite! Funny though!!:56:

I've actually used the hormone excuse myself! Believe it or not it was accepted up to a point! It was something like I know we haven't had intimate relations recently due to the fact that we're stayimg at my mother's place and it's summer and all the doors are open to let the breeze run through the house and our child is sleeping in the room with us. Darling I realise this makes you extra tense and liable to fly off the handle at times. I understand completely that's due to your hormones. I am a woman. I understand this. So now you see I understand, get a fuckn grip and learn to control them hromones or you get thrown down the stairs, pal. Watcth it, it's my pmt day, right?

As you can see, a good transparent sincere understanding is what's needed.:56:

I don't know if the difference between us is the fact that we can read you minds and youo can't read ours is the problem. Ok our minds are a little more complicated but surely after being with us for a while or in my mans case 20 years he should know me and my mind?

I must admit after 12 years with my girl there's times I really surprise her at my mindreading. But only at times! In any case you women really prefer our simplicity and lack of mindreading skills deep down. You do, don't you? I think mzfitzxmzfmcmac, said someting like that. She should become a GM and get an easier name too.

I think we should start a poll here for a name change then. If it's all right with her. Zed - username zmcfcgeydssgesgscfczm, should do the same.

I'm I coming across as a bit irky tday? Or is it my hormones?

It's evolution. Men and women evolved to fill different roles in the group. Men are more singleminded, women are better multi-taskers. Primitive society depended heaviy on women as food gatherers, which is why women have got better senses of smell and taste - to recognise ripe fruits etc. Men are better with spatial ability that helps them park cars and judge distances cos they had to hunt and park mammoths in prehistoric times. Meat made up a small part of human diet, but it was important and the hunting was essential. Long pèriods of silence are the norm for men as this is what happened on the liong hunts - not to scare off the game. That's why guys are quite happy with silence. doesn't mean anything's wrong. In the past it was the women that really held th group together, alliances and manipulation getting control all through the gift of the gab, which is why they never shut up nowadays. Women always made the decisions or pushed men into thinking they were making them. That's how hunter gatherers eveolved, then agriculture came along and screwed everything up, and gradually changed the way society acts and sees itself. Modern times have seen this ridiculous idea that men and women should be able to do the same things and act the same cos we're the same. We're not the same we're equal but not the same. The sooner people realise and accept these differences the better. I think most of us do nowadays. The late 80s and early 90s were so full of this unisex bullshit that it drove me up the wall. Everything I've just written I've been saying for years, and it's now nice to see that science is now backing me up. Only thing that gets me hormonal is that I could've written the * book and been rich by now, donate money to TalkCeltic and got us a decent left back and bought Lionel Messi.

Anyway, I ope all that is an answer to the question. I feel so wise sometimes.

Perhaps an experiment should be held, not too unlike the big bang experiment.

Take one large cylinder and fire things like shoes, handbags, bingo and Kellog's All Bran around it and see what happens. However like the big bang experiment there's a possibility the world could end, but they'd only say they told you so.
