30 Huns In Pub Fight

According to a very small section on page 7 of todays sun, 30 casuals were involved in a bar brawl before yesterdays game against the jags.

More than 30 Rangers casuals were involved in a massive pre-match brawl last night outside a Partick Thistle Pub.
The yobs wreaked havoc outside Glasgow's Woodside Inn, half an hour before the two sides met at nearby Firhill.
A 43 year old man needed hospital treatment after the bust up but the hooligans fled before police arrived.
Last night one insider revealed ''The Woodside Inn is a known Jags pub, but these Gers fans arrived outside, they were well fired up. One guy took an injury to his face and was taken to the Western Infirmary. Its sickening that another Scottish football game has been marred by violence''

The scum at it again! In my opinion though, a story like this warrants a place on the front page, instead its a 'scoop' about Andy Goram going on holiday with his ex. I think it would be all over the place if we were involved!

The Confederacy was the side that was generally associated with slavery. People from the south use it as a Southern Pride thing, like Lynard Skynard, but you not being from the south could cause confusion for some people.

Lol, no worries, if it didn't have the historical connotation it would be a pretty rockin' flag. I always liked the design. The shame is that it wasn't really used as a racist symbol until the early 1900s... a perfectly acceptable southern pride logo got taken through the mud by a group of neanderthal idiots.

 

Yeah true mate, it is a great design, just a shame that its linked with slavery though.
