Rumours not going away he's off

 

You'd think if he really were going to be off he wouldn't be standing for reelection at the AGM, even as a director.

 

They would have to release that as a matter of course, they were already late announcing the date..

Wouldn't be surprised if there's changes before then.

 

You can't typically make changes to them, so I'd be very surprised if there is.

 

Think its usually 21 days, but if say Nicholson resigns wouldn't they just withdraw the Resolution and then issue another..

Im no expert tho and maybe its just rumour and wishful thinking.

 

21 days is the absolute minimum for notification of changes, usually it's 28 days for most companies, but they are too late for that. They aren't going to make an announcement of changes on a weekend so if nothing comes out today it's not going to change.

 

This doesn't suit our agenda...

It was odd Mckay offered himself for any enquiries and no Nicholson or Lawwell

 

Chris also put him to the London stock exchange announcement of Brendan leaving


Normally you’d expect Peter or Michael put a name to any announcement

 

The sooner the better. Will put a smile on my face to be rid of Lawwell for sure. Need a forward thinking replacement though not another bean counter.
