Had loads of promise as a youngster coming through the ranks, injuries have ruined him and today he was thrown to the wolves.

Shouldn’t have started today but that’s not on him, that’s on Rodgers.

 

Absolute disaster of a performance today, but should never have been put into that position.
That's on the manager.

Need to look after the lad, his confidence will be shot.

 

Shocker today but that's on the board for not buying a proper back up for CCV.

 

For what it’s worth, I absolutely back the decision to play him over Trusty.

Trusty hasn’t played in months, he could have been equally as bad. This wasn’t the game for him to come back.

 

Who’d have thought 12 games in 4 years would’ve stalled his career to the point he’s so far off the level of being required. He might never have been but we’ll never know now. What we do know is he is nowhere even close to being good enough and shouldn’t be anywhere near the team.

 

It think we need to stick with Donovan as we need what he offers going forward and right now we are struggling for goals. Donovan is a much more positive player than Ralston - although hes defensively not as strong probably.

Murray - Im not sure. Easy to say after the game it was the wrong call but thats what managers are paid for.

 

Does make you wonder why Trusty hasn't even got a few minutes at some point. He's been on the bench the last 3 or 4 games I'm sure.

 

Shouldn’t be at this club, never mind starting.

Bear him no ill will but would be best for his own career if he was moved on.

 

The OG happens but the penalty was embarrassing. Could see him doing it a mile off.

og for 1st then gives away a pk for 2nd then scared to block a shot for the 3rd. no way hes recovering from this

 

Should have kept Welsh for back up. Thats how bad this performance was.

 

The problem is, Murray made a mistake that lead to a goal and an own goal in his last couple of appearances for us. Together with the OG and the penalty today, I don't know if he is able to come mentally back from that. These scenes will be in his head everytime he plays for us and make him even more prone to mistakes. And we can't really give him more time and risk further loses because of silly mistakes. We are not good enough to outscore these mistakes.
