Just when I was beginning to like him again, needs shot out of a canon.

 

I've defended this guy on here and elsewhere because I appreciate what he went through as manager for us. On both occasions actually, as I felt people were very harsh on him during his second run. But I cannae defend this.

Literally he will say anything to get in with that board. Blaming the support last week, blaming the manager this week, putting NONE OF IT on the board at all. Plus, teaming up with Boyd to lambast Sutton.

Had enough of this guy. Don't want to hear his name and 'Celtic' in the same sentence again, don't want to hear his opinion, don't want to see his beetroot face or bloodshot eyes. Done wae him.

 

Agree with this 100 percent. Always had respect and sympathy for him when he was attacked in Scotland basically for being an Irish Catholic and when things went pear shaped in the Covid season he should have been relieved of his duties ages before they eventually parted ways with him in February 2021. However his statements supporting the board in the last couple of weeks have been disgraceful and it’s very obvious to me that he’s sitting there now in tv studios and when being interviewed by the media shilling for the board. It would not surprise me that he’s getting a back hander from them to twist the narrative in favour of the board. He might even be on a promise of another appointment as caretaker if Brendan Rodgers goes. Even if he isn’t he’s definitely using his position in the media to shill and spin for Lawwell and co. The guy is a disgrace.

Sad to see a player like him who had great success and had great days as a manager like v Barcelona and other nights allow himself to be used to spin and defend the board’s disgusting and disgraceful behaviour and conduct mismanaging the club. Quite sad.

 

He has the most wee guy energy of any * I've ever known. He seems like he's over the moon being in bed with Boyd and the like.
