My Bhoys next fight is against a Portuguese guy who fights out of a Scottish Gym, ironically my sons got more Scottish blood than his scottish opponent

Duke Roufus passed away. Legendary coach who was often seen wearing the hoops.

    Only 55 too.

Portuguese fighter withdrew week before, * it I presume, his replacement from London, (* hate that accent) lasted two rounds before the referee stopped the fight to save him more punishment, that's 2 wins out of 2 and my bhoys stamina and core strength was noticeable better than his first fight, my son also took two huge haymaker punches BUT carried on fighting so he's a good jaw too, I still * hate watching him enter that cage though. I'll let you know about his next fight

Nightmare with your mrs. I'm taking it bjj is boys ju-jitsu? my sons main coach is a brown or black belt at JJ and it's one of the main reasons my bhoy chose his gym, the gym is going to have 10 professional MMA fighters for next year and that will also help with my sons training.

That's right mate. He wins tournaments all the time..

Aye they moved up there and hes only turned 13 in August so want him doing something like kickboxing or that, for a whole host of reasons but particularly moving that far and new schools etc at his age..

That's class by the way. Your boy sounds like he's smashing it, literally :giggle1::50:

aye definitely keep trying to get your son training at kick boxing or similar, it'll help him make new friends and do wonders for his confidence, really good luck with your ex you'll have to try biting your tongue repeatedly for your boys sake, a nightmare I went through with my ex wife but my son and me have a great relationship.

Excited for this weekend despite a weak prelims. Very hard to see past Tom Aspinall and I'll be surprised if Gane manages anything but it's HW and it only takes one.

Feel like Gane was gifted a decision against Volkov and if he loses this weekend it'll mean he's lost 3 championship fights. Hard to see where he goes after this if that's the case.

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu most likely. @McChiellini.. better placed to answer of course.

Prelims look Ok, definitely not great. Some big heavyweight fights.

Louie Sutherland represents Scotland and Chris Barnett is an animal, someones getting KO’d when he fights. Also Nathanial Wood fighting.

Main card is a cracker though. Really like Rakic but he’s coming off 3 losses fighting an undefeated guy. Can see a lot of big KO’s on this card.

Same here with Rakic. I thought he was that guy at one point but he always seems to fall at the last hurdle.

I think it beat Volkan for what it's worth but there's no arguing the last 3 defeats. Would rather this undefeated fighter won just instead of Rakic getting himself in contention again just to fail once more.

Umar has interesting fights and never seems as invincible as Islam or Khabib so I'm hoping for a competitive fight there.

Volkov is my heavyweight #2 given the streak he was on and me thinking he beat Gane. Jaiton coming off two first round wins should mean that's a cracker.

A Brazilian who looks Dagestani fighting out of Russia. Is there a scarier combo?

4 heel hooks in a row. Insane.

He called Chris Barnett chocolate Peppa Pig :giggle1:

Hard to tell if that was a good win or not.

Rakic just looks off it now.

That was not unintentional, that was an eye gouge and a very bad one at that.

It was a bad one but Aspinall was hurt too I think. He’s not the type to * it though.

Dana White is a thundercunt. Just seen his post fight interview. Brought up Aspinall not wanting to continue as if it was a choice.
