Whoever came up with this silence pish needs hunted.
Sounds like a middle ground non-proposal when you have far too many folk involved who can't agree.
Well intentioned but a desperately poor way to make yourself (pun intended) heard.

    Hello darkness my old friend....

I think some of the action will be hit or miss and we'll learn what works and what doesn't the longer we go on..

Out of interest what would you suggest mate?

The important thing is to stay united.

I think the lack of any acknowledgement or response from the board and the pretty unanimous agreement by the majority of fans that the silent protest is a waste of time as well as being detrimental to the team so, I would say its a miss. I'd opt for something more visual and more vocal both inside and outside the ground.

Yes, solidarity critical - it's not easy to hit a perfect solution everyone agrees with bit we have to follow the same path.

For me it's banners with songs/chants before and after the 90mins.
I think also a march of 20,000+ fans down the gallowgate right up to the stadium with a rally outside the ground as the directors enter stadium before a home game would be immensely powerful.
    Repeat until change occurs.

Also really important is the voice / banners has to be from all parts of the ground.
It's easy for the blazers to say 'yes, it's the GB again' and ignore it.

I do. Keep them in their job longer.

I'm not really a fan of silent protests, would rather a lot of noise and banners esp in European games where there's a wider audience.
But on the flip side Parkhead is renowned for the atmosphere on European nights so silence could work and get more attention.

Rather they sang sack the board for 29 minutes instead. Silent protest will hurt the team I feel the longer it goes on as a few have said.

I heard it said earlier and it's true. This silent protest seems far too convoluted. The 'three match package' thing etc it just feels like they are trying to be too clever. All that pent up anger and disappointment that should have been directed towards the board at the weekend felt completely undermined by that silence with sporadic ooh's & aah's.

Aye - it's a * idea and will get zero coverage/media attention. You can't take a screenshot of a silent protest and make it trend on Twitter. It should have been something that would receive maximum media/social attention. Not sure it will effect our team too much, but it will sure as * give the away team a lift.

Yeah its all a bit backwards to me.

For a board under pressure, 30 minutes of quiet muttering is an outcome between 'good' and 'dont give a *'. The idea that fans dont make much noise = changes at board level, is just lost of me.

Im not going to criticise guys who give more to the club than I do. Just dont understand it at all.

Folk say they only treat us as Customers, but the board don't even see us on that level. Any company would deal with customer concerns and work together to solve any issues.

They need chased, they treat us with utter contempt
