This one will be interesting to follow. I would not be surprised if Rodgers will refuse to play him. It is clear that this is a "club signing" because Tisdale has even been over to scout him while i think Balikwisha is a player Rodgers have wanted for a couple of seasons.

I'd see him quickly becoming our most important player this season. He looks like the most creative players in our ranks. He's the kind of player I feel Rodgers has been crying out for.

I think our season really boils down to how good this guy and Balikwisha are. Jota won’t be back to earliest January you’d imagine and our forwards outside of Maeda do not fill me with confidence. I’ve saw enough of Yang and Forrest to know they definitely can’t be relied on as starters.

 

Plus we’ve underpaid for so many players, it’s gonna even out with these type of buys. The thing I like is he doesn’t look hesitant to make a decision in the final 3rd compared to Yang for example who can get in those positions as well but get stuck between decisions.

 

Actually feel bad for this guy, he’s probably reading all the comments under his announcement and wondering what is going on.

I do wonder what has attracted us to him looking at his numbers and uninspiring compilations but hope he hits the ground running because we absolutely need our wide men to stop playing hide and seek for 90 minutes it’s absolutely killing us how negative they have been so far.
