    I hate to be so negative when a new player arrives, however, it feels like a totally pointless signing.
    Is he really an upgrade on Shin? If Iheanacho plays here for a year then it’ll take away vital minutes from Shin’s development. Shin is a player here long term. Iheanacho will be gone at the end of the season, if not earlier.
    After international break, can guarentee Rodgers will come out and say something along the lines of ‘it’ll take time for him to build his fitness’.
    Regardless of the above, I’ll support him when he pulls on the hoops!

    Rodgers managed to get the best out of him at Leicester so that's a positive. 19 goals in 39 in the Covid season is a good return, albeit 4 years ago.

    At the start of the window it was a question of which striker we would sign to start in front of Idah.

    Imagine you said we won’t sign one, and instead we’ll sell Idah and get Iheanacho on a free after the window shuts.
