Plus, the SMSM love a negative story about us. In today's sensationalist media culture, we can use this to our advantage. Let's tar the board and control a hurricane of news so that it slams right into them.

The Huns could start biting Irish catholics at the stake and I’d still hate them less than the * who are charged with running this club

Aye, I just don’t see change coming and these protests can go the wrong way when the wrong people turn up. Takes focus off the board and onto something else.

I’m waiting till it’s closed cos I’m still daft enough to expect some sort of triple/quadruple announcement.

Coming into this window i think there was always this concern of something like this happening.

Rodgers contract up next year so 2 straight choices where we back him and he signs a new deal or we go into our standard ultra cautious mode of he mite be away next summer so we don't want to give him any money.

No real suprise at what option we chose.

Bigger picture we can't ever allow ourselves to be in this position again. The entire structure needs ripped up and modernised.

Managers will come and go every 3 years, we can't be in a position where every cycle we stand still in the current managers final year. We need an director of football who oversees all transfers in and out and appoint a head coach who's job is to coach the players.

I genuinely believe the next few hours could define Celtic’s for years to come—no exaggeration.
For years, whispers have suggested the board’s strategy is to stay just one step ahead of Rangers, never daring to pull too far away. Why? To keep the “Old Firm” rivalry alive, ensuring fans like us don’t lose interest.

If true, this makes Celtic’s progress irrelevant, rendering our support futile. We’re trapped in a cycle where our club will never truly soar.

    Yesterday was a wake-up call.
For the first time in my life, I watched a Celtic-Rangers match without the usual buzz—no pre-game excitement, no music blaring, no obsessive team-sheet checks hours in advance, no pacing the house in anticipation. I felt flat. Empty. And after the game? Even worse.
    It’s a gut-punch realization: why bother?

I’m not alone. Other fans are feeling this creeping apathy, and the board’s so-called plan is starting to backfire.
Unless they pull off a miracle in the next five hours—signing two strikers, a winger, and a jaw-dropping wildcard to reignite our passion—this season could spiral into disaster.
The fanbase could turn toxic. Brendan Rodgers, say what you will, is a world-class manager who’s been utterly let down by the board’s lack of ambition. He could walk.

Celtic, the clock’s ticking. Show us you care. Make these final hours count. Deliver the signings we deserve, or risk losing the heart of this club.

Our only hope of real change and modernisation is for someone to buy us.

There’s no doubt that we’ve now put ourself in a position where the league is no guarantee and the Europa league is just one massive waste of time. I cannot put into words how much I despise the * running the club.

Unfortunately the ship has sailed. We have no assets. No one at the club has improved in the last few years. We've flogged all the flair, goals and so on. At the speed we do business this will take 4 or 5 windows to fix not 4 or 5 hours.

Plus by the time those windows have passed Calmac, CCV, Forrest, Maeda, KT will have been run I to the ground even more meaning we will need a perpetual cycle of transfer windows.

We don't qualify for CL when asked so can scrap that money and that incentive for future players also.

From where we were 14 months ago til now is criminal

Looks like we will leave this window banking a 20m+ profit and having 4 loan players on the books and 80m+ in the bank.

Our board have to get off on how much they * the fans over

Losing a title to Russell Martins Rangers side might be one of the biggest embarrassments to happen to the club..... but i reckon they'll succeed in this!

As I put in another thread a EGM needs to be called and all shareholders need to demand it and these clowns need to answer serious questions what's going on within the club but all I can see is self sabotage.
