Sources indicate that the most advanced deal is for Danish striker Dolberg, with Celtic closing in on a significant coup.

A broad agreement has been reached between Celtic and Anderlecht, with the 27-year-old forward now en route to Glasgow to finalize personal terms and undergo a medical.

Dolberg, known for his clinical finishing and experience at Ajax and Nice, could be the marquee signing Celtic fans have been craving to lead their line in both domestic and European competitions.

According to Bold's information, Kasper Dolberg has ended up as the main character in a big poker game. Celtic still want the Dane, but Anderlecht are not satisfied with the Scots' offer.






Ball recently reported that it was pointing towards a move to Celtic for Kasper Dolberg.

However, the deal has not yet been finalized, and instead the Danish striker has been given one of the leading roles in a transfer drama across Scotland, Wales and Belgium.


Celtic had actually reached an agreement with Swansea to sell the club's striker Adam Idah for seven million pounds - 60 million Danish kroner -, but Idah is currently on hold.

This is because Celtic have blocked the transfer as they do not yet know if they will be able to replace their number nines.

This is where Kasper Dolberg comes into the picture.

According to Bold's information, the Danish striker is by far the Glasgow club's first priority, but they have not agreed with Anderlecht on a price.



As Bold understands it, the Scottish giants have previously offered 8 million pounds - equivalent to just under 70 million kroner - for Dolberg, but that is not enough in Anderlecht's view.
