Teams have learned how to play against his formation to almost perfection. He is way to stubborn to mix it up.

You can't play his kinda system without speed and ball carriers in the team..

    It's too easy to nullify..

Problem is this is his last season and the board dont want to wastewo
Wouldnt look too much into yest result. Rodgers has been playing * games with this squad with board trying to force their hand.theyve had enough of spending big.hes made a kunt of it every club he has been to .will be interesting to see his first team and the way they set up in the next game .be nothing like past 3 games .hes tried to send a message and its came back to bite him in the *.only thing that * me off is the fans that went to kazakstan were treated like mugs by rodgers and the board.we should have pumped them easy and he made a kunt of it .sooner he is gone the better.the club needs a reset with a new manager and a new captain both are inept

I'm trying to not let my frustrations get the better of me but we got put out of a champions league qualifier by Kairat Almaty. Kairat Almaty. The squad he had at his disposal should still be hammering them. AND they had their best players missing for the secong leg :56::56::56:They had a 38 year old CB that never had to get out of second gear * sake because we 'wanted to keep possesion' The couple of times the ball went over the top he * himself or nearly made a * out of it.
Whatever way people try to spin that. That's a sackable offense for me.
It's not just the dross football. It's also the fact that he's an egotistical maniac. That game yesterday was an embarrasment. The rangers goal has been peppered by every side they have come up against and we could barely muster a shot on target.

It’s not two players though it’s more like 4 and they are 4 of the 6 you see in that video.

AJ - out injured the now having started the season very well.
Kuhn - was absolutely flying at this point last year
Kyogo - wasn’t scoring much but lad a knack of getting Goals vs them for so many games running. I actually think yesterday is the type of game he would have grabbed a goal for us in.
Taylor - I was no fan of his but he played well that day and had shown a lot of aggression early that season.

McGregor was the other I think it was either Cantwell or Lawrence marked him and just let him have the run of the place.

Add in Bernardo had a very decent game too.

Overall, we started last season with a real purpose about us and that was we were going to make a mark in the CL. All preseason was geared to it, yes business was slow from transfers but those there all seemed bought in, even O’Riley who was about to leave.

This season has been the polar opposite, as if someone surprised us the league was about to start, a number of players seemingly wanting away, another few that we don’t seem to want to keep but the mess our squad is forcing us too.

A manager with a clear objective too, to do well in the CL and both he and the captain spoke about getting our other trophy back. This season we still look like we have a hangover from losing the Scottish cup to a poor Aberdeen.

He isn't being helped here at all.

Let's be honest. Yes performances haven't been good enough but we are actively standing still in the transfer market and are an absolute mess.

I'm really struggling to find any motivation anymore. We are an * club

He'd have to forego a season's salary if he walked, which is what, £3 million? No way he does that.

He'll not give a * now and I don't blame him. He wants sacked for the payoff.

The best thing he can do for the club is to walk and publicly execute the board after this * shambles.

That would at least spark violent protests.

As much as I’m a fan of him, I can’t wait til next season for him to be away just for something fresh.

We’ve definitely peaked under him, and he’s been absolutely shafted yet again by those above him, much worse than the first time.

If he wants to get a decent move somewhere next year though he needs to show he can actually manage some adversity. Develop some players or make tactical changes.

I’m not his biggest fan and I’m looking forward to him going. His football is mind numbing.

But he should walk tomorrow if today ends up the farce that it appears to be.

    Being taken for a mug.

If he doesn’t walk he needs to come out and say how he’s feeling and what’s going on behind the scenes.

He simply can’t lie for them anymore. If he doesn’t walk and we get more birthday card pish then he’s just given in and seeing the last year out.

    Have a * backbone hopefully

Yup. Either he says what happened/is happening behind closed doors, or he is with them and part of the wider problem, as opposed to simply being a stubborn manager.

There will be still some in here who do nothing but attack him.

We just had 50,000 raging huns baying for our blood 24 hours ago and the people doing more damage to this club are in the stands, wearing Green and White ties and munching on prawn sandwiches.

    Inexplicable.

We used to dig Ange up for no plan B, Brendan is actually worse and monumentally stubborn.

I like Rogers but he needs to get out of his own way sometimes.

    He has to walk.

Reminder that again over the weekend he seemed to think players were coming in. 4pm and nothing.

Dolberg evidently the one he wanted and its not happening.

He's gone anyway but why would he suffer this?

He's a very wealthy man and could get jobs elsewhere pretty easily..

Why would he just let his self get mugged off this badly?
