Why exactly would I provide parameters for a potential signing? Is it my job to set our new strikers targets now? Idah scored 20 goals last season and he was * overall. So what exactly is the point of these parameters you're obsessing over? We all have eyes. We all watch the games. Any first choice Celtic striker here should be scoring over 20 goals a season. That will be a target Brendan sets him, not me. They'll all have individual targets they work towards. But to simply ask how many goals is an irrelevant question. Look at Dessers. Leagues top scorer. Rangers top scorer. But pish and they want rid. There is so much more to a striker's game than goals. Especially the way we play with 1 striker and wingers. Again let me state, at no point did I use the term "tear it up here" thats YOU that is using that terminology. A striker could score 15 goals a season here and be player of the year. Or he could score 25 like Dessers but have * all round play. As long as the team scores goals thats all that matters. We need goal scoring wingers and midfielder in the team as well.

As for the muck you said about Scales, Ralston and whoever else. Its utterly irrelevant. I didn't say any of that. Its clear as day CCV is our best and most consistent CB since VVD so what point you're clutching at there I have no idea. Scales is a decent defender, don't have an issue with him being in the squad but we should be looking to improve on him. Ralston is a much inferior right back to AJ. Is he rotten? No. Is he good enough to be Celtic's first choice right back? No. So backup is fine. He ticks the home grown box and is a good squad player. Again, no real issue. See how your baseless assumptions don't stack up?

You did this exact same nonsense in your last debate, you think you can get one over on whoever you're talking to by trying to pretend your points haven't been addressed despite the fact they have and that you choose to ignore them. How am I adamant on Dolberg? I claimed he's a massive improvement on Idah and well worth the money. Can you find me a single user on here who disagrees with that statement?

You were proved wrong as pretty much everything you said in defence of Idah - his "top class" movement, his "equalising and match winning" goals, which there were hardly any of as proven when I posted a detailed analysis of every goal he scored last year, and all your defences of him utterly crumble when here we are 3 days before the window shuts and he's down in Swansea having a medical. So I'm sorry your embarrassed by the utter pish you spouted about him, but you deserve called out on it. Probably why you're on here now clutching at straws.
