Don't want Ange back, he is another one dimensional freak.

Nicky Halen or Big Dychey for me.

Would have him back in a heartbeat but what is the point unless there is a systematic change in the operations regarding player recruitment, scouting, you know all the stuff modern outfits now do to operate above their means regularly

Why should the Brugge headcoach come to us? :giggle1:

Unless they fire him he won't come a level down to us. Brugge outspends us and have a proper scouting department which acts in time. There are zero arguments in favour of us at this stage of his career. And if he does well, even less.

But he is a good coach. We should definitely scout young managers, also on the continent!

He left because he was told he was getting pennies to spend the following season.

Would love him back but can't see it

Made up pish. He left because he got offered the spurs job at about £10m a year with about £200m to spend. No amount of budget would have kept him here.

Why would any quality coach want to come to this shambles. It’s like asking a joiner to construct a roof without nails or screws. It beggars belief how this club is run at the top end. Also It’s a worrying trend there has been a negative element in the club since the cup final loss.

I think it gets swallowed up by everything that happened the following year, unfortunately. It's just the way memory works sometimes. I've literally seen folk on here criticising Lenny and saying he took over Rodgers' team and lost the title the very next year, completely memory-holing one of our best seasons of the modern era.

Love to see a list of Dyche’s extensive collection of silverware, as I’m sure a career of setting up 11 cloggers to play Brexitball must have brought all kinds of success.
