Rather than pay double for the Harmaby winger I'd rather we honestly took a punt on a player in Scotland or a loan from a club.

I don't like loans, but I'd rather that than overpay for * and you're not stuck with trying to punt them in 12 months.

Bring in Tounetki, Breum, Bowie from Hibs and someone else on loan from PSG/Man City/Brighton/Bayern/Chelsea/Barcelona/Arsenal or whoever, an attaking player preferable for the right.

Punt Idah and Yang, loan out Inamura, Kenny and Osmand even give Hibs those 3.

    Nygren Breum Balikwisha
    Forrest (Loan) Tounetki

    Maeda
    Bowie
    Yamada
Change to playing 4-2-3-1 since Nygren, Breum and Balikwisha are all midfielders anyway, switch them about from game to game.

Part in bold, then if this was any other job you would be binned and out the door.

You along with the board clearly love the bank balance instead of being proactive regarding what we need.

Rodgers tactics hasn’t helped but nor has brining in what was needed in replacing both Kyogo and Kuhn in the last two windows.

So the gamble has cost the club 40 million this season and damaged us long term regarding the co-efficient.

On the face of it weighing it up why the * would you gamble all that? Arrogance and negligence.

You are entitled to your opinion, and I respect that.

But I stand by what I said, I would have taken that calculated gamble too. I doubt very much if I would have been sacked. It would have been a calculated, collective gamble. You would have had to have sacked the lot of us then.

I have supported Brendan up until now, but the Kairat shitshow is his baby, nobody's elses.

It's gross negligence, imagine a business with the chance to coin in millions, but they just couldn't be arsed doing any preparation to maximize their chances of financial reward and also helping to promote and further raise the profile of the brand.

We always wait until "Lawwell-time" our version of Fergie time where we make 3/4 of our summer signings after the 27th of August.

Shocking how consistent it is, not even one year do we not do this even though our season starts 4 weeks before.

It's some sort of strategy, maybe we enjoy the hectic days of agents and clubs trying to punt and loan out guys at the last minute and desperate players wanting to leave teams and find out everything thats going on and then decide who we want from them.

The very definition of a gamble means you’re gaining something if it goes as you predicted.

If we had won on Tuesday, what exactly was the upside of the gamble?

It’s a pointless “gamble” as everything that we stood to gain in terms of recruitment could have been achieved prior to the qualifier, probably for less money than it would cost now.

    Bewildering.

Is anyone else starting to panic? The window shuts in 5 days and we need major surgery to this squad, yet we are getting radio silence. Absolutely nothing new being surfaced in terms of players linked.

Surely to * the board weren't expecting Osmand and Shin Yamada to be the main signings of the summer and expecting them to be replacements for kyogo?

Surely they're not holding onto Balakwisha and Sarachi as the deadline day signings?

Honestly, supporting this club should be the easiest thing in the world to do but this board makes you want to turn your back!

I don't really understand why anybody has taken the gamble. I understand not wanting to do all your business ready for Kairat but leaving us with only 3 senior fullbacks, 2 senior wingers (neither deserving of a start) and none of your strikers scoring is a really stupid gamble. Injuries could happen and there is no cover, what if it was Tierney injured in the first leg and not Johnstone? We'd have been royally *.

We were bringing in players anyway after, if a couple of them cost a bit extra then so be it.

We also don't have players for an away match at Ibrox.
