    Makes absolutely no sense at all the timing of this signing. The rumour was he wanted to wait to see if we got CL football as he had other CL options? Obviously not true now.

    so the hold up? Obviously the club wanted him for way way less and have now decided to pay what the club wanted. Disgraceful.

    The notion that any player was waiting to see if Celtic would have 8 CL games before signing is laughable for me as is becoming quite apparent in the fact we seem to be getting 2 guys we were linked with prior to the tie. Players will come if you pay what they want not if we continuously lowball every single player we approach even this morning we've offered 50% of what Hammarby want for a player.

    I think he was one of the top choices, possibly not our main aim, it's the Harmmaby winger that's the panic choice I think

    It's the length of time it's taken for the little outlay it's gonne cost, the fact that it's taken so long to get over the line despite it being reported we wer after him for this length of time suggests to me we looked at others and had this guy as a back up just in case. I'm probably wrong but it's just a feeling I get.
