He wants the glory for himself, two plays tonight where he should cut back to mccowan who was in 5 yards of space in the box or play it over to Yang on the left side of the box and he's * about and lost the ball

 

Not a CM for me.

 

I do really like him, and I think he'll be our star player near the end of the season.

But why does he never release the ball? He seems to take an age with it, its ridiculous.

 

Always seems to lose the ball at last minute

Looks a £1.5m player might do better with better players around him than the * he has now.

 

I think he is surprised by how poor his teammates are if I am honest. He probably thought coming to Celtic he would be playing with a higher calibre of footballer. Instead he's got * Yang, Maeda, Scales, Ralston and Hatate and McGregor tonight too.

He is not to blame for tonight at all. He wasn't perfect and he definitely delayed one pass that could have been dangerous, but in general he has been decent.

 

He will get us goals, I think he will do well domestically, but will be found out in Europe.

 

Why the * Rodgers saw him score 2 goals from right wing at the weekend and instantly played him out of position at CM again….. absolute * travesty.

he’s done it cos he doesn’t * trust his golden boy CL signing to “take us up a level” in Engels. Shoe horning Nygren into a position he’s never played before joining us

 

He defo isnt a cm, ill reserve judgement but so far hes been average.

 

This was my thinking. We needed people good with the ball which Yang isn't. Felt a no brainer.

 

I think he is a CM. He's too slow for the wing.

Aye he got goals there against Livi but it wasn't really due to his good wing okay. Plus for his 2nd goal he was playing CM.

He'll need some time to get used to the pressures if this club and how quicky you need to move the ball etc, I think he'll be okay.

 

Should have played on the right, madness to have him knocking his pan in running about midfield for 70 minutes then putting him on the wing after that, a guy who's not the quickest whos already played 70 minutes meant to turn into a winger.

 

Never a number 10. Too slow and ponderous. Good SPL player. That's about it.

I spend so much time screaming at * just to shoot, they try and pass and lose the ball instead though, Nygren takes the responsibility on. Because who else is shooting?

My bro said exact same thing. He is possibly the worst set piece taker weve ever had.

He looks ok around and in box when shooting, but other than that very ordinary, but its still early.

Do fear for him against huns as theyll be in his face and see him giving up ball a lot.

Both. Hopefully he improves in the Europa league once he settles with the team more.

 

We wont get the best out of him unless we change formation. He is a right CAM.
