Devils advocate argument here, in they 20 years we’ve had an unprecedented amount of success, an unprecedented amount of profits, have got through to the next stage of CL twice in that period.

We have broke our transfer fee I think 5 times in that period. We have sold received the biggest fees for our players, steadily rising the more we can demand for each player.

Devils advocate from me. Because I * agree full heartedly with you here.

but every bit as I’ve responded is true that. And that’s definitely the response back. Not just yourself, what’s the reply to show the incompatence

Their form at the best last season they would never have that profit like O’Riley or Moussa Dembele. For one, not that level of players. For two we paid money that won’t get that level of profit.

But CL football success, brings a lot more money than anything else.

Boycotting won't happen if we are all being honest but celtic park should be used as the very platform to be heard and seen, all season long (regardless of results).

Big displays every home game for the rest of the season. Not just from the GB, get it stadium wide. Chants every home game. Make it absolutely transparent that we don't want them being custodians of our club anymore.

Since our uefa cup final in 2003 we have downsized a little bit more year on year. It is absolutely masked by the fact we have been so dominant domestically.

Whilst we are all proud of our domestic success over the last 20 years, let be honest here - if we had lost any league titles to an Aberdeen for example, that would be even less acceptable than last nights result. The board effectively have had nearly 15 years of unlimited goes at CL qualifiers - a dream case scenario for growth and what do they choose, regression!?

It’s overly cautious. I keep going back to this but it’s a great example, we had £1.9m for Nygren accepted. £1.9m a steal. Only that price because he had 6 months left on a contact. We talked it down to £1.4m.

That took a around 2 weeks to do it, 2 weeks another team could have swooped in easily, not bothered with the extra £500k.

How much, under a contract is Nygren worth?

Far more than the price and the what we delayed it to save monetary wise. That’s what we are

Twice in 20 years is embarrassing to be honest for a club with our resources.

Domestic success should be a given considering our competitors and financial dominance. Said before we win despite our board not because of them.

Regarding transfer records thats also embarrassing over 20 years considering how much the football landscape has changed.

There seems to no plan to bring this club forward other than Domestic dominance and keep turning profit

There will be 45,000 horrible mutants on Sunday, who wish nothing but death on every single one of us. And yet, the biggest enemies of this football club will be sitting with Green and White ties on in the Directors box.

4 times in that period 2 times under WGS, one under Lenny and last season. Domestic dominance due to where we are as a club, is something we’ve done under the board.

Again btw, I fully agree with you here, I just like to see how we vocalise our annoyance that isn’t argueable

Every year we should be looking to improve our squad but every year it's the same. Sell our best players then look for a replacement. If we had a system that had ready made replacements it might not be as bad but we dont. Its an absolute shitshow with Kuhn being the prime example. Sell our best winger and weeks later he still hasn't been replaced

Sorry my bad.. its still not good enough. The amount of times we've lost in qualifying is just outrageous and could easily be sorted. We dont even give ourselves a chance half the time

This seasons been the * worst recruitment wise, by far. Its worse because we have openly admitted we knocked back bids for Kuhn in January and knew he was away in Summer

It’s not mate. Every qualifying rounds we’ve ever entered in the last ten years anyway, that I’ve looked into since last night so know that for a fact, we have absolutely not prepared for.

We get knocked out vast majority, and this is the more baffling bit for me, we then usually go on to try and bring in players to back us and make up for it afterwards

Its just utter neglect. Grab the money and go from there. As I said we are not a serious football club anymore, it's all about profit. Football is a sideshow.

I honestly dont understand it when you see the money that can be made playing in the CL. As I said its easy money the system we have now. Its comfortable for them with little to no risk. Money money money...

For me the money narrative is something thats been forced down our throat since the huns went bust. Im honestly starting to believe those * going bust is one of the worst things to happen to us.

We’ve won more trebles than the rest of our history in that period, and that football success is something that is made sure of.

See this is the annoying as * bit for me, you are 100% right here mate. But it’s hard to put into words without sounding like entitled spoiled arseholes.

I think we should always be striving to be the best football team possible, while ensuring the safety of the club financially. Regardless that is what I think it should be, if we were doing that, like under Fergus McCann or Brian Quinn after? And not dominating as we do the now. Fair, that happens, they were facing something else and we’re making us the best we possibly could.

We win most domestically now, but are we making sure we’re striving to make us the best we can? Very far away from that.

And * the success they bring, I want us to always try and be all we can

Not as big of a statement as you think for instance 40 million in the 2000’s got you Zidane, I don’t think 40 million get you a run of the mill premiership player.
