Never said it wasn't, but it's most definitely not the worst.

    McGregor at LB vs Cluj
    O'Connell vs Astana
The annual Bitton at CB outing
Ange vs Midtjylland had a backline of Ralston Welsh Bitton Taylor (Then Murray came on when Bitton saw red)

that's just off the top of my head tonight is nothing new for us and it's why I can't blame Rodgers when we qualify it is in spite of the board not because of them

Too late. Already * the CL.

We may well end up with 10 new players by the end of the window. But our squad is still going to be a complete joke.

Balikwisha looks decent but hardly takes us up a level.

And we still need at least one more striker, one more winger and a midfielder.

Hopefully, tonight's result will show those happy clappers who, for some reason, think our board is doing a good job that they are nothing but fraudsters holding our club back and, if there are any form of protests, join in so those c*unts get the message.

I honestly think this is the worst transfer window we've had in recent history, the only other argument would be Lennon's final window.

The last two windows, we've essentially got away with it because the huns performances in Europe has guaranteed us 3 straight years of CL football.

It's going to get a lot harder for us to qualify going forward, im sure we're now back to 3 qualifying rounds starting from next year. Going to be a long time before we automatically qualify again.

At this point, just get Balikwisha, Maracchi signed up and get a RW in. Secure the league at the very least.

I don’t know what more can be said at this point, but how Jota getting injured and Kuhn being sold didn’t spark a rush of urgency is beyond unreal. You don’t go into a decisive Champions League qualifier with Maeda, Yang and Forrest as your only wing options, knowing full well there’s a good chance Maeda will be playing striker anyhow.

    That’s negligence plain and simple.

    That's your opinion.

It's the worst for me for a few reasons and with context. Mainly that we have lost key players and haven't replaced them, despite having months to do so and being the richest we have ever been.

Spending £3m by now has heavily impacted our ability to score goals and move forward as a team and therefore contributed to a poor result in Europe costing us 40m.

We've lost 80+ goals out the team. Noone brought in. Winger sold for 17m, 2 months later, noone brought in.

There's been worse windows in terms of players brought in or movement but given the position we find ourselves in financially and the chance we had to qualify for the 4th year running, this has been an absolute shocker.

You say it's opinion, but it's fact.

Is it any worse than the transfer window of the failed 10iar season/covid? Naw.

Is it worse than the fabled Marvin Compper transfer window? Naw.

Is it worse than the window we signed Carlton Cole and Kazim Richards? Naw.

Is it worse than the next transfer window after reaching the heights of the UEFA CUP final, and signing ONE PLAYER (£1m David Fernandez from Livi)? Naw.

Kuhn, Kyogo and Jota, may have started tonight if they were still here/not out long term. That's an entire front 3, if Daizen is off form.

How about we start replacing like for like? Complete failure of a window. it's cost the club £50m+, so they've lost money with their mentality.

It can’t be fact. It’s subjective.

Spending £3m this transfer window (despite the fact we've resigned a TOP player in Tierney) hasn't seen us eliminated by a Kazakh team (who've spent less than £1m and lost key players themselves), that's down to player and managerial performances.

A fact is a fact. Something can’t identify as a fact, especially when the discussion is over a subjective topic.

    Ok, here's a fact.

Our team was WELL over qualified to beat this mob, nevermind over two legs.

Genuinely the board will never face any sustained supporter pressure.. given some are always too busy dispersing blame elsewhere.

This isn't new we've seen it umpteen times before fail to prepare prepare to fail and all that patter there is one constant through Legia,Malmo, AEK, Cluj, Kairat (Amongst others) and it isn't the manager

Wrong. Selling Kyogo and Kuhn without replacement, losing Jota through injury without replacement and failing to invest in the squad is what's cost us. Tierney isn't fully fit and we don't have an adequate backup.

Failing to prepare for this game and have the correct number of players in the squad is what's cost us. If you think a paltry £3M investment gets you CL football every year you're straight up delusional.
