Boca Juniors looking to raise the amount of the buyout option in Celtic's proposal to sign 27yo LB Marcelo Saracchi on loan

It's the rash way he trashes at the ball anytime it comes into his own box that worries me the most.

Don't think it's anything to do with scouting. We've had an agent reach out, the deal is cheap, short term with no commitment and that's all the board are interested in. The fact we didn't bother to put an option in says it all. Stop gap and cheap. The board don't care if he's any use, in monetary terms its a risk free signing and that's the only thing they care about.

We'll be back next season with a new manager and the same old problem at left back, that we won't bother to address.

Marcelo Saracchi is traveling to London. There he will undergo the medical examination and obtain the visa to be able to play in Scotland.

The full-back will join Celtic of Glasgow. He is going on loan for one year.
