    3 goals from a scratch team, more attacking and more mistakes but at least most where an attempt to get us forward. Fair bit less of the horseshoe possession.

    Enjoyed that. And both half's too, even if the second was definitely better.

    Great to see our investment in the Academy paying off too :fear:

    Thanks, mate. Can I ask another question? How were Shin and Yamada in particular?

    Oh, TBH, I just know we signed two Japanese boys and not much more about them. That's literally why I was asking. The only game I've been able to watch so far this season was the Kairat game (although I've also listened to one on the radio). Apparently among the things I don't know about them are their names. :oops:

    @Random Review

    Inamura looked really assured at LB, used the ball really well. Wasn't really tested defensively.

    Shin, had excellent movement, good runs and touch was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet..

    Does anyone know why there with loads of stewards today and why the * some of them had the growling faces on. The club is killing the match day enjoyment of fans who play good money for their ST's

    Solid performance overall I thought. Never remotely threatened defensively. While we lacked cutting edge in the first half we did have a few monuments and only that incredible save just before half time stopped us taking the lead. Second half we looked more dangerous and created quite a lot of chances. Nygren obviously with 2 goals was excellent but also a very nice strikers finish from Kenny for his goal and some good performances from quite a few players. Murray can be proud of his showing although he did tire clearly in the closing minutes. Bernardo had a very decent run out sitting deeper in midfield. Inamura was solid on his debut. Lot to be pleased with overall and a good and very professional response to Tuesday night.
