We are at the point of desperation were we would take Vardy in a heartbeat rather than have to rely on Idah a moment longer. In terms of wingers we will end up with Balikwisha (long term target who we could have got in numerous times earlier) & Breum (probably an alternative to Nygren and again could have snapped up earlier). This window has been both a disaster & the worst in recent memory. We have spent £3 million sold our top performer in the champions league last season in Kuhn without even replacing him while not even been linked to any right-sided wingers which is just absolutely mickey mouse stuff. Their has to be serious questions asked at the Celtic AGM on the 2nd of September to the board.

 

do you think well get any real answers ? like others i think they are shysters ? ultra conservative board we have who for whatever reason are gathering big cash reserves

im wondering what would happen to that huge cash reserve if some foreign corrupt shyster got enough shares to take us over ?

i dont think there is any football club in the world that has a big cash reserve sitting in the bank, especially in a time where interests rates have been historically low and there isnt much money to be made in interest on that huge sum, its * weird

The worrying thing is their won't be any answers regarding the large cash in reserve. Theirs a real disconnect at the moment at the club as Rodgers even came out and said he has no idea what's going on in terms of transfers. None of this makes any sense right now and I'm like every one else I'm seriously * off and we need this board to be held accountable one way or the other.

 

The cash reserve is weird but whats weirder still is the lack of explanation for it or outline of any sort of plan for it.

Its starting to look like its not a means to anything - but an end in itself.

 

I definitely like the look of breum but hes not a winger and would be wasted if played there hes an attacking midfielder and looks to be a top talent according to youtube vids but then youtube vids make most players look like they are brilliant

stengs hes one ill need to look for a youtube video for but i imagine he is very good being at a top club like feyenoord would cost us a bit and is not the usual type signing for us, we dont usually sign guys from top clubs, all the recentish signings have been young prospective talents from smaller clubs we can make money on selling

i wish wed sign a defensive midfielder though calum was never one and hes starting to wane i think

rodgers cant just wash his hands of all transfer activity ( or lack of) . is it any wonder the * on the board wont spend £9m striker hauled off at half time , £11m engels out of the team ,£6m trusty cant get a game ,£4 m bernardo 6th choice midfielder at this point ,not to mention all thoes he signed when he arrived that he let on he had nothing to do with . thats not an excuse for not have an improved squad but why the * were all the issues on targets not worked out long before now ,if yer man with the hats cant find players get him sacked .someone more cynical than me may think rodgers is already working his way out or the board are forcing him out either way its a complete shitshow * are gonna have to get their egos in check
