Not tonight its not,that lot we are playing are LOI standard,even with what we had on the pitch tonight we should be hammering them,tonight is all down to Rodgers.

Idah is poor but taking him off when we needed a goal was stupid.he should have replaced forest with yang and had maeda on the other wing and they could have put in some high balls to idah,either way we still should be beating this lot.

Genuinely don’t blame the players as much. Midfield and defence can’t do much when your front line is rank. Minus the McGowan goal, absolute carbon copy of the st mirren game.
The lack of creativity is alarming. Yet the board do * all.
Board lumping CL hopes on 90 mins in Kazakhstan.
Hopefully kairat will open up and give maeda space but with finishing like that I’m not optimistic.
Really think McGowan should have been on as I think his movement, forward runs and ability to shoot is better than other ACMs, but doubt it would have made a significant difference.
If the board have any ambition, they should be heavily investing in the team, regardless of whether we make CL or not. But I think we all know the answer to that.
A LB and at least one winger is badly badly needed.

For the longest time I've watched the team not change. All the possession and can't make anything from a corner or free kick while the opposition always looks dangerous from them. It's like all the boardroom changes and players change yet they end up playing the exact same way year after year.

 

This sadly is a reason why the board will not spend money.

 

The thing is the board gave Brendan nearly 30M, Engels on the bench, trusty on the bench and idah no even good enough for the bench, can’t even beat kairat almighty, they looked more dangerous than us, apart from dembele and sinky at the start some of his signings have been dire
