If meada or Forrest gets injured we are in * street before this qualifier and with a board always likes to make money they are gambling big time with £40 million plus and if we brought in two wingers we would be in a better position and it's just * sabotage from this out of touch board .

That's the big question. Nobody is coming in by Tuesday. We take a full week to conclude deals once we have permission to speak to the player. The Ibrox one is a genuine question. I think the most we are getting before the window is 2 players and one of those will be a loan deal. It's wholly unacceptable but its the best I can foresee now.

Rodgers is deliberately trying to lift the expectations of the fans and he is quite clear where the deals are falling down - the people who control the pursestrings won't loosen them. He wants the fans to be angry, he wants them to voice their frustration and anger at Lawwell, Nicholson and Desmond. All through the January transfer last year he made it clear that expected and was hopeful that a new striker would be brought it - we didn't get one. All the other transfer windows he said he expects quality, he expects deals, they never get done. He is trying to whip up the fans to go against the board and he's dead right to.

Rodgers hasn't got a transfer budget from Celtic since he took the job back on. Every transfer window has been a window of austerity, we divest in the squad, we sell off our best players and then scrimp on saving them. We are the only club in the world that operate like this. Shame on our board but we as a fanbase need to start mobilising and getting serious with how we allow this to happen.

The only way out of this is through groupins like the Celtic Trust and we probably need to focus on attracting new shareholdings with the the capital and ambition to grow this club because you can guarantee if Desmond is leaving this club the money hoarded in it won't be going towards Celtic FC, it will be finding a channel out of it and into other private investments of his.
