This all day long. They'll be patting themselves on the back wi their gamble. No realising we dont have the depth to * around wi a game virtually in China, then back to face the huns.

How much are they expecting to get out of forrest in that run of game. Maeda as well.

We have enough to do this, but at what cost. Bat * crazy strategy.

Expecting james forrest to play 4 games in 12 days at 34 is ridiculous man cause the alternative is tilio and Yang.

    Genuinely infuriating

Would definitely have Maeda through the middle for the qualifiers

The good thing is the away leg is a Tuesday to Sunday turnaround for the derby.

We need to be going there with a 4 to 5 goal advantage for me and I can't see us getting that with out top end options right now. Could be a real slog for us. In an ideal world we'd get a 4 or 5 goal advantage and be able to leave the likes of CCV, Tierney and Hatate back in Glasgow.

We'll probably be flying back that Tuesday night. Home Wednesday. Bed. Training thurs/fri/sat. More time than we usually get. No issues.

They have beat red star, az alkmaar in recent seasons and came from 2-0 down in their first round, coupled with the travel and lack of attacking options I fail to see where the fans confidence comes from myself.

Almaty is 5 hours ahead of us which means the game won't be starting until close to 11pm over there so I don't think we'll be flying until Wednesday morning. I was reading its a 10 hour flight non stop both ways. That's a day in the sky. It will take a good recovery all the same. We are just lucky we have an extra day either side.

Getting ourselves in the strongest possible position from the first leg is absolutely vital.

They beat Alkmaar 7 years ago, that's not recent seasons.

You say they beat Red Star, they lost 6-2 on aggregate.

Even for you this is a riddy.

Let’s be honest, despite the nonsense levels of negativity and pessimism if we are beat off this mob there will be an almighty meltdown and rightly so.

We should be despatching of them comfortably. A couple of good attacking options in the door and it should be a skoosh case. The bigger issue should be the travel coming into the knuckle draggers game but hopefully the first leg puts the tie all but to bed and we can cruise control the away leg with a few changes.

No faith in this team what so ever. If they win against us all I hope is it creates a toxic environment for the board and they are under serious pressure to quit.

I'd rather we win personally, go on to win the treble with rodgers as a send off to one of the best most successful managers we've had. Then a right good freshen up.

I dont get why signing anyone late in the window is a suprise to folk. Its how it's always been done. It angers me, but to the point i want the entire club to suffer, lose the entire season? No. Our best signings will come late as usual.
