I keep opening this forum in hope, rather than expectation. A feeling we've all had. just about every summer.

 

Disgusted with how we are operating.

Can't believe how * poor this is, on all levels.

All windows under Rodgers since his return have ranged from shockingly bad to annoyingly underwhelming.

This is up there with the worst!

 

Not long until the new player link is revealed

 

I wonder if the data engine we’re looking at for recruitment has the winger and striker filter broken or something… we seem to be extraordinarily * at finding them.

Kyogo, our number 1 striker at the time, left in January. It’s * August and there appears to be nothing to suggest we’re replacing him.

When do the board get held to account?

 

The data engine spat out Yamada, a much cheaper albeit riskier version of Kvistgaarden. If you watch both of their highlights they're pretty similar profiles.

Can't see us getting someone else in unfortunately. Our ST/Winger options are * baffling at the moment.

The striker situation is baffling me a bit … I was under the impression Kenny and or Osmand would be going out on loan and Yamada would be 2nd or 3rd choice but Rodgers seems to have Kenny over Yamada as things stand. Whether that was just Brendan having a jab at the board or not time will tell.


In all honesty we probably need 3 wingers, we’re a Maeda injury away from disaster and probably one of the poorest front lines we’ve had in a long time.

 

We are up the gum tree just now with no new wingers, and we really have to discount Forrest and Yang as desperation choices. Personally, I think it is Nicholson who has been hawding up the works, he's the disconnect between Brendan and the Board I feel, no wonder he has been banned from the golf course by DD.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

If it was down to me, I would put Yamada on the right wing, at least temporarily, starting with Aberdeen.
It would give us a triple strike force of Yamada, Idah and Maeda.
It could work.
