Every now and then, this beauty pops in my head ( copied, down below) are there any others of note, that I might have missed.

    Orchestrated sonic attacks

"Say the Juventus game for example. What if the club organised that a note would be placed on every seat prior to kick off, explaining that the crowd stay completely quiet until the first time Juventus are in our third of the pitch. The note would explain that when they first enter our third of the pitch, a quick audio signal is emitted from the PA at which point everyone in the ground simultaneously goes absolutely mental. Like, from surreal silence and out of nowhere a cascading barrage of howling roars from the sidelines.

It might do just enough to put the Juve players off in that first attack. Obviously thereafter we wouldn't be able to surprise them like that so it would be a one-off, but if successful it would nullify their first threat on goal."

The Dream Thread (cant mind specific name)

A Poster had a strange premonition about the Boston Bombing....1 year before it happened on the day was pretty creepy the way everything was explained.

Pretty sure the poster never appeared much after that.....Still till this day gives me the creeps

There's been some interesting ones. Not always funny, can be quite sad too. The most memorable are usually not funny.

One where someone thought the government was after them due to a criticism on Twitter, which was humerous at first but then became obvious the person had severe issues. So interesting although quite sad as it was obvious someone needed help.

There was an erectile disfunction thread a few years ago, where people were unfairly mean. It took some bravery to ask about it and people were mean. Men find it hard to talk about things and that thread showed why.

The Sam Smith thread, * * a few people outed themselves as proper * in that one.

Sam Smith one was bonkers, felt reading it that it was the most direct evidence I’ve seen how the media directing talk and the full split of opinions driven by governmental talk making something an issue works. It was all either one way or the other, either felt bigoted or backed as a cause.

Nothing else. I got called out for maybe having unconscious bigotry because I said Sam Smith was a *, because 3 days into lockdown had a dramatic photoshoot crying about how much a struggle it was for Sam Smith being confined in the house.

Anything else bout them a find odd aye, but I did with Boy George, Prince and even Bowie and that. Don’t care with that, but it’s when stuff is a narrative you can’t have anything else than that narrative. Stuff I see play out elsewhere, American politics and stuff but I’ve talked here for years and was a stark realisation. Was mad.
