Thank * for that. Our decision making was slow as * today or we would have won by more. St Mirren played well and have followed on from last season. However, we deserved the win and should have brought McCowan on much quicker as he picked the pace of the game up. Idah is our second choice for me and so we need a goal scorer sharpish. We can’t set up like this in Europe.

    Grateful for the three points.

Gutted at the state of us.

Quite honestly, I don’t give a * who we draw in the CL play off, we’re in huge trouble regardless of who it is.

St Mirren don’t half adopt an anti-football approach to football. Play acting, diving, take forever when the balls out of play.

However, we badly need some forwards. James Forrest was the only one of 5 that done alright. Maeda had a couple of moments but that again at the end not scoring for a second time through one on one.

Tierney is a worry going off struggling.

Either Hatate's English is better than I thought or Brendan has been brushing up on his Japanese :giggle1:

Good wingers like Jota and Kuhn sorely missed here.

With a fit Jota, we hopefully see less of Idah

    AJ MotM imo.

Didn't put a foot wrong as far as I'm aware, and put in a crucial block at one point when St M were attacking in that 2nd half.

Eye bleeding stuff but at the end of the day it’s about getting over the line. We desperately need reinforcements, and need them fast cause that was miles off the level required.

Absolutely no movement of his arm towards the ball. Can't understand how that can be disallowed

Phew, more relieved than happy right now. For a while there I thought we were going to spit on Motherwell's face after the wonderful gift they gave us yesterday. Where the * did the 8 minutes at the end come from? Looked like they were going to allow the game to continue til st Mirrin scored.

Doesn't get paid to make statements mate. Yamada imo would be a much better option than Kenny.

3 points but if Rodger's sees Scales as a better left back than Inamura and more importantly, Kenny as a better choice than Yamada, then LB and ST are still urgently needed.

Happy with the three points but exact same type of performance as the last few months of last season and blatantly obvious we need new signings ASAP.

Hatate’s been taking Spanish lessons to communicate better with Señor Rodgers.
