Should of been moved on years ago.

 

Glad that his latest shoulder injury doesn't seem too bad and he is back in training. Really hope for his own sake he gets a move before the this summer window closes. He needs to go somewhere and actually play regularly.

 

He's had decent games and successful loans so think that's pretty harsh. He'd be away by now if he'd been let go when wanted before but the acting managers in several cases wanted him to stay. Hardly the lads fault.

 

May have finally found our penalty taker

 

Had a really good half and did well with the penalty.

 

He doesn't strike me as a bad player, he's just made of glass. Regular injuries lead to a lack of game time, which leads to a lack of development and a relative lack of experience for his age (although he does have big game experience TBF).

 

That's because he's not a bad player. The only reason he's still at Celtic is because offers that have been made haven't been accepted by the club. And largely that's been at the insistence of current managers.

Madness that people blame the player.

 

He’s proved his fitness so we can punt him now.

 

Played well tonight, good positioning and strong in the tackle. Great penalty.

I like him as well and i think its important to show guys like him respect when leaving. Never Celtic quality though.

 

Sale or forget about it. He is 25 now and it’s time to move on.

 

Also the fact that we currently have Palma, Holm, Lagerielke and Montgomery out on loan. 6 is the max we can loan so could scupper deals for Tilio, Kenny, Osmand etc.

Not sure if Montgomery counts in that group but he's over 21 now. I'd rather he went permanently tbh as he's not going to offer us much.

 

Stephen Welsh could be forced to wait for a move away from Celtic this summer.
Plymouth Argyle have lodged an official loan offer for the centre-half which the Hoops are considering.
It is understood the deal on the table DOES have a future purchase option.
However Celtic have not yet made any decision on the 25-year-old.
It is believed Welsh and his club are open to a possible loan switch - with his long-term future likely away from Parkhead - but the Pilgrims have not yet been given an answer.
Celtic, it is understood, are waiting until later in the window to weigh up all options for Welsh.
It is believed KV Mechelen is no longer an alternative to Argyle.
