Nothing is going to change. Should be tens of thousands at Celtic Park demanding they resign, but there'll be a banner by the Green Brigade and some mumblings in the stadium if we concede a goal to go behind.

It's almost like they get off watching the support pleading for the bare minimum.

I think it’s a disgrace how it’s just accepted that tightfisted Lawwell is running the company again.

He’s the chairman, he’s meant to represent the board to shareholders.

It’s the CEO who’s meant to run the company.

Can someone ban this *. Give it another week and he will be telling us he wants Rangers to win because we didn’t sign someone.

The problem the board have now created is that even fans like me, who probably give them far more leeway than most, are now starting to turn.

It’s completely negligible to not have the Kuhn replacement in the door and it’s even more negligible to have allowed him to leave without at least having a fee agreed, medical booked, terms agreed with his replacement.

Someone said on here that the club have a unique way of managing to suck any good feeling out of the club and I feel like that’s been true for a few seasons now. The club could go out and spend £40m in the last 4 weeks of the window but the general distrust the fans have for the board remains.

Really disappointing middle part of the window. The early signs were absolutely fine, with Nygren and Tierney. It’s going to need to be a very very good end to the window, now. As soon as a bad result happens, the fans are going to turn and it will be all the pent up aggression accumulated from the clubs lack of vision.

The thing is as well it just adds unnecessary tension and risk to the season.

If they don't do something next few weeks then the atmosphere going into the season and even into the UCL Qualifier will be rotten.

Only they could create such a negative feeling around the club at what should be a really positive time. It's incredible.

No one wants to kick the season off with banners and shouts of sack the board but there will be some sort of protest against the board on Sunday. There needs to be.

Can anyone say we’ve ever tried to fulfill our potential as a club since Lawwell became involved?

I think more people are waking up to the fact the club are selling us short and with the Huns ‘sorting’ themselves out with new owners etc, now is the time for us to put our resources to use and blow them out of the water.

There is countless fan media firms but IMO none of them are using their platforms to question the club on their lack of activity and ambition. A good question to ask if why have we allowed our starting RW to go and not replaced him weeks later with the season about to kick off? We sold Kyogo but 6 months later we haven’t replaced him… why? 26m in fees for two of our key contributors from last season and it’s gathering interest in the bank.

In a perverse way it takes serious balls for the Celtic board to be treading the line that they are on. The support is demanding and they got a taste during covid of how ugly things can get for them. I dont know why they would ever want to risk that again. With the takeover at Rangers and the obvious signs now they are investing, coupled with the fact we dont have automatic CL entry, its really not a window that you want to be taking your foot off the pedal and doing on the cheap. Failing to make CL or a loss in ibrox early doors and they are really in the crosshairs if they plan on a cheap window. If the unthinkable were to happen and Rangers won the title.....

What would be welcome would be some genuine transparency from the board. Not on every single detail but ballpark on what their aims for the club are and what is driving the behaviour. I get with the low revenue in Scotland that it may make sense to have higher cash reserves than most other leagues. But how much cash reserves do they feel is required and why? What percentage of revenue from player sales are they prepared to re-invest in the team as a general rule? Does the new CL format change their approach to how they operate? If not, why?

I get there will be bad windows here and there but better communication should exist between the club and the fanbase to bridge the gaps between expectation and understanding.

    They don't care.

As long as we continue to buy season tickets and strips they will continue to run the club this way.

The support and their opinions mean absolutely * all to they people

Cheer up, @Blochairnbhoy . You know what they say. Some things in life are bad. They can really make you mad. Other things just make you swear and curse. When you're chewing on life's gristle, Don't grumble. Give a whistle. And this'll help things turn out for the best. And...
