Has potential, his pace and dribbling are too dangerous for him to not pose a threat, just a bit raw at times.

Iv always liked him. Think he'll make it one day. Not got many wingers like him that actually want to take people on anymore. Hopefully hes a great 3rd option end of the window.

Is he Celtic class, dunno. But he’s a grafter and still think as back up, he’s worth a spot. Curious to see how he goes this season.

He’s a good squad option for me. We can’t have 24 guys like a Jota or Maeda.

He’s erratic and frustrating at times but he does have something about him, works hard, doesn’t hide and Rodgers trusts him I think

I’ve alwaye said I think he’s got ridiculous feet but not really anything else. The problem i have with him being raw is i don’t see him learning, i don’t think theres a huge difference from when he first signed.

Also I find he tends to be a 2/10 or a 8/10, you need a base level as a Celtic player.

It’s pre-season guys, it’s all about fitness and yesterday Newcastle were miles off it. Yang is never good enough for us, cast your mind back to the cup final for proof of a guy we should be getting rid of.

You could say that about half the team based on the finals performance.

Look at the time after new year when his bird was over and he was brilliant. Get her a job at the club, mover her over and he'll be the next 30 million player

I think in a similar way to Maeda that Rodgers has brought on his end product in and around the box. He was very much a headless chicken at times but moreso decision making than technique letting him down.

Not all players develop at the same rate, he's young enough to still kick on. I wouldn't call him a dud for £2.5m or whatever we paid.

Biggest thing Rodgers has done for him is play him.

Wish we'd do similar for more. Good to see Murray getting some game time too.

Yang is a grafter and unlike Tilo and Kuhn he actually wants to play for the club, and make his mark here.
He came on leaps and bounds last season, because he put the hard graft and application into his game, took onboard the coaching instructions, and I think Brendan trusts him. His two headed goals against St.Mirren, and an assist, were trademark signs he's got end product now. Keep him, nurture him, and he could be our next big multi million transfer deal in the future.
