    There’s a rising concern here in Japan about how all the talent is leaving, especially at such a low price, and it’s causing the quality of the league to decline.

    The way the clubs, and the JFA look at it though, they don’t want to hamper players’ chances of getting their dream move to Europe, and they know it’s ultimately better for their development which will reap rewards for the national team in the long run.
    Players and development over financial gains!

    I can see the sense in that. Make Japan a world power in football, just like North Korea used to be.
    Money is not everything. Honour is important, isn't it ?

    It's going to be interesting to see how we fit him in.

    I think as a third choice Striker hes more than fine, has attributes we can definitely work with, but I wonder if that means Osmund is going on loan, or if we'll be seeing 2 up top.

    Don't think this means Maeda is back on the left, I think he stays striker.

    There is definitely value to be found in the J1.. I'm all for giving this guy and imamura a chance. It's all upside.. maeda and idah are nailed on for me and Osmond and this lad will prob be given the pre season and early part of season to make their move...

    As much weight you can put on these videos he looks fairly comfortable striking off both feet. I think he would do well, especially in these games where clubs play a low block.. trying to convince myself anyway
