    The fact that has to be said is a * riddy.

    Scales can’t lace Ajer’s boots. Neither can Trusty from what we’ve seen.

    Ajer would walk into this team and be one of our best players.

    Has that Norway manager not got previous for being a gobshite or am I thinking of someone else?

    Either way, Ajer would be an upgraded partner for CCV but undecided whether it would be a good move to bring him back personally.

    Could carry the ball into the final third on his own without getting a CCV style nosebleed (GOTS aside ). We are massively missing a CB that can do that. Gives us a man over in attack .
    Would be all for this . We can't go with Scales and Trusty .

    I'd take him back but I always thought for a guy at 6ft 6 he was mince in the air and not as strong as he could have been.

    Haven't seen enough of him in recent years to say whether that's changed.
