    Another unconvincing performance vs them.
I just don’t see the player that a few others seem to think he is. When our backs are to the wall, I don’t think he really stands up and imposes himself on games which makes me question his mentality.

Flashes of what he could do in the first half, but I personally think Bernardo is ahead of him just now.

Bernardo seems to play though the press better and can actually carry the ball for us.

He started off really well, then just turned to *.

It's very clearly a mentality thing with him, we've seen in prior games how good he can be, but his consistency is all over the shop.

Big season for him next year.

Was happy to see him being more aggressive early on, was definitely up for a scrap and taking no *. Football wise he was average but has been criticised for being too soft so I give him le-way for that today.

Young guy so won't be harsh but could really do with better options when we need to switch him.

Bernardo isn't the answer for me.

Good start, then he hit an absolute howler of a cross and then was total dugshite.

With the money we have paid regardless of age he’s not turned up against them.

Think people have been willing him to be good cause of the price tag. Still massive question marks against him for me.

Have seen enough to show he can be a player for us but he was well off it today. Passes were often hit in hope. I think he'll be fine but need more from him. Bernardo was a level above when he came on.

Started well but faded a bit. Still think he’s had a great season for his first and at this age.

Whole team has been a bit off last couple of months.

Wasn’t that long ago Engels was picking up MOTM awards on the trot and playing excellently against Munich in the CL. Goes a bit unnoticed how good he was in both games. Also Villa away he was very good I thought.

Like him, but Bernardo is the better midfield player especially in closterphobic games like at the sevco shytehole

Disappointing again. Hasn't done enough this season for me but he's young and should improve - he'll have to. Shouldn't have got the minutes he's had this season as not fair on the other players.

Rodgers was going mental at him today and he was hooked after 60 minutes. That tells you everything. I think he is a decent player but he is going to need to push on in a massive way in the summer- really improve his game to make it here longer term.

I think with a real ball playing playmaker in front of him he might actually be pretty good as a no.8 if he works on his game.

I wonder about his mentality. I just don’t see any real drive and no desire to get involved of the dirty side of the game.
I feel like he wants to play when things are going well when the team is on top. I don’t think you can hang your hat on him to pull us out a hole when things are going against us.

If Engels is a better player than raskin, how is it that Raskin seems to be performing better in these games? That’s a few now there has been a lot to be desired from
Engels and I’m not sure we can say he has really developed over the course of the season

The balance in our midfield isn't right..

He had another poor game v them today..

Think he will prove a few doubters wrong next season though.. he's only 21 and we've seen how good he can be, just needs to find consistency

People getting on his back need to remember his age and also need to realise it's not the 90's and 11mil doesn't buy you a polished player.

Remember MOR his first season. Very hit and miss. Judge the boy next season with a full pre season under his belt.

He has to realise that it’s not enough to just have a few nice touches and coast through games. Bernardo came in and instantly took the game by the scruff and made things happen, took risks.

Sorry seen enough and if someone came in with a £6 million bid I take it and think next season we need to bring in two quality midfielders as I'm fed up making raskin look like Messi in derby games .
