    Great pics there John:50:, I've been to Drumpellier many times when i lived in Easterhouse, we used to live beside Bishop loch which isn't too far from Drumpellier.:50:

    I've been to Bishop Loch a few times Johnie. Great wee place for birding. Even saw a Garganey there once. I was pleased with that sighting.

    I have very recently had a hernia operation so for the next week it is garden wildlife spotting only and then just nearby wildlife watching for a wee while further on.

    A few from Portavade last week, some of the Great northern Divers are in their fine breeding plumage, others are partially done, i was also glad to see the Sandwich Terns back for the Summer, i managed to take a few pics of a Tern as it emerged from the sea after a dive and shakes the excess water from its feathers, i've been trying to capture this for a while now and these are the best i've managed to get.
