After Cameroonian Bryan Mbeumo and Congolese Yoane Wissa from Kinshasa , Brentford FC is looking to explore the French market. The British club now seems to be targeting AC Ajaccio in Ligue 2. According to information from Africafoot , this would be the young, versatile Franco-Malian left winger Moussa Soumano , one of the promising talents of the Corsican club.

The British club's management has reportedly already approached the player's entourage for negotiations. The talks could lead to a transfer this summer. The 19-year-old's profile greatly appeals to the Bees, who are said to have made an offer of around €3 million to convince the youngster Moussa Soumano, considered one of the great hopes of Corsican football, to sign

Under contract until June 30, 2026 with AC Ajaccio, Moussa Soumano, who regularly plays as a left winger, has already been monitored by several clubs, including Italy's Atalanta Bergamo, England's Leicester City and Leeds United, and Scotland's Celtic Glasgow. The player is also being monitored by Mali coach Tom Saintfiet.

This season, Moussa Soumano has taken part in 27 matches with AC Ajaccio, scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists.

AC Ajaccio will soon be playing their match of the 32nd day of the French Ligue 2 championship against FC Annecy. The betting company 1xbet (you can download 1xbet here) offers the following odds for this match: AC Ajaccio to win at 3.20, a draw is valued at 3.15, and FC Annecy to win at 2.15

Left winger mainly is something that would surprise me, with Maeda and Jota vying for that place. Outwith injuries there would be very little gametime. Unless Jota is planned for the right, assuming Kuhn leaves. That I already have in my head he’s going in summer

Think anyone we get for the wing it’ll be for the other side. BR I think would rather Maeda out wide but has that option of him in the middle. He’s reverted to him on the left again, and when played through the middle usually at somepoint he moves him wide in the game.

I’d be happy with him main man for the role to be fair, but Rodgers will loath to give up his tracking back from the wing. Him wide be covers just everything from left of centre to the touchline.

Maeda and Jota I can’t see much room for another there, they wouldn’t play outwith them both being injured. If Kuhn goes we would need two RW though
