Reo Hatate

I like him coming deeper to get the ball, he is quality on the ball and we rarely get to see it really when he plays the way he'd been playing.

Under Ange cause we cut through in behind teams midfields early and quick we got to see him on the ball more and more creatively as things would be more open and the play was quicker.

Under Rodgers cause we play slower and he never came back deep to get on a ball, we usually only seen him on the ball in the opposition half and when he was on the ball usually it was against a wall of 10 and he'd just pass it left and right and whatever.

The way he played the last game dropping in next to McGregor to give the back 5 an extra central option to play out from, it meant he was much more involved, plus the way him and McGregor took turns running beyond when the other had the ball, it was more like how he played under Ange although he was doing it in our own half instead of 20-30 yards higher but was the same style of play we used to see.

I think we need to stick to that style, bin the inverted full-back since we never had the bottle to do that against the huns anyway and it's lead to us getting caught out, just get used to playing like this every game.

The problem is who is going to buy him on his current pish form ?.

 

His finishing was pish but he at least didn't hide.

 

Even an erratic Reo today, was better than Engels. Brendan needs to get some consistency back from him.

 

Nice run in the second half but was terrible again.

Won't be bothered to see the back of him in the summer.

 

Another i can't stand one bit anymore..

Only one he nearly scored was him smashing it to bits. Feel like almost every shot he hits these days is wild. All his left footers go high and wide..

 

Could someone just teach him to shoot properly?

He's a waster. He's been living on the back of that 3-0 win over the Huns at home for many moons now.

Get rid. If anybody will take him.

 

I've always felt he's pretty overrated within our support he undeniably can be genuinely brilliant when he fancies it which tends to be once every couple of months and in the in between times he goes between poor to average

 

Overhits passes consistently, makes the wrong decision constantly, is gassed by 60 minutes and has zero composure when shooting

 

Wasteful, his moments of anything worth mentioning are becoming few and far between now. A very hit or miss influence on matches. When he's good he's marvellous, when he's bad he's atrocious. 70 minutes of mediocre play followed by an eventual excellent moment or opportunity before returning back to the norm shouldn't be enough for constant inclusion in the side. He can produce some amazing quality but also exhibit lacklustre performances well below the levels needed during large periods of the game.

 

One that needs moved on.. along with Khun, not at it in a Hoops jersey.

I’m not just singling out this performance, I’ve said it for years. Far too inconsistent and the hype outweighs his ability.

 

When he is in the mood he is brilliant but he has been a passenger too often this season, time to move him on.

Wasn’t great today but I thought he was the only one to look at all dangerous today. Finishing was poor.

 

He has to go. Probably the most important player in the team to replace in summer. We should still get decent money for him. Not the answer. A real shame because he's an absolute delight to watch on his day.

 

Also not sure where his sudden obsession for using his weaker left foot has come from but please, turn it in, Reo.
