I think he does his contract (another year and move on). McKenna, Moyes, Muscat, Bielsa are a few I can think of at the top of my head but definitely plenty of options out there.

Then prepare for a * summer cause the board won't back him, they'll bring in their own players for him ti coach fir a year and probably sell 2 or 3 of AJ, CCV, Reo, Kuhn and Maeda.
Hopefully it won't blow up in our faces.

That's my fear as well. If it is clear that Rodgers wants to run down his contract, it's hard to see the board splashing cash on his players.

As I said earlier, the problem we have is our whole recruitment policy seems useless without Rodgers. If we had a proven ability to scout and bring in talent independent of the manager it would be less of an issue.

He'll no doubt be an option.

Just wish Rodgers had the ability to adapt, like Fergie did at Man U.

I’ve always wanted Knetil Knutsen but he seems so happy at Bodo and they seem to pretty much give him whatever he wants. There was rumours he was getting a cut of all the sales they made so not sure if it would ever be possible.

Outside of that, I don’t want Ange back. Genuinely just think he should go back to Australia where the pressure is far lower. Russell Martin would be a fair shout but obviously he has history across the road. Always liked Carlos Corberan from WBA but seen he moved to Valencia.

No one obvious that’s jumping in my mind right now.

Aye, like wish Kuhn scored 60 a season, like Messi at Barca:56:

I get your point but going straight to Ferguson, maybe the best ever, certainly one of a handful of managers in the argument is funny haha

Was thinking how to counter this with mangers who basically had dynasties. The only one a could rattle of in ma head was Don Revie but he didn't have to adapt.

    So you win. Am clamped

Wouldn't be against Broonie coming in as Asst Manager to shadow BR for a year, then go cut his cloth somewhere in SPL, might just prep him foe one day coming in as Manager.

His team could get in the spl this year. He's not coming to be an assistant with a view to manage in the spl when he very well could get promoted and be a manager in the spl by his own right.

Hopefully he signs new contract and we can get 5/7 million when he leaves
But I think board * him over in jan with selling kyogo and not bringing in his replacement.
That club not matching his ambition in January
I hope doesn’t cost us champion league football next season.
Few injuries at start season could * us up.
