locked out of Hotmail

Hi Bhoys I really hope someone can help, I was doing Microsoft rewards and have ended up locked out of my Hotmail email, it's an email account I've used for over 15 years so you can guess how important it is to me, I've tried getting back in but just end up going in circles and on contacting Microsoft their staff reply to my locked email account with their reply, really hope someone can point me in the right direction, I missed Friday's legends do in Blackpool as tickets were in there, my TalkCeltic email is the affected one and worse is that my ST email is the one affected aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhh

 

This happened to me once.

Microsoft should be able to get you back in, they can check i.p. address you use the most etc to confirm it's you and they ask you about recent emails you should have etc. and other security *.

There are a range of different ways you can reset access to an account via Microsoft.

Best bet in the future is to have a separate account from another provider, you can utilise as a backup and for recovery.

 

Thanks but I've been on those pages and just go round in circles and end up contacting support who, as I said just email their reply to the blocked account so are useless or hate their jobs.

Bit surprised at your help as last time you replied to one of my posts was to call me a bedwetter for pointing out our defence had conceded three goals twice to the huns, mind that was before our recent 2-3 failing so maybe you've decided I had a point, any way thanks for trying to help, I've set up a bt account and will just have to start again with all my online sites.
