And if we don't have injuries, strengthen for a dominant position and the players actually show up we'll absolutely *-* them consistently... Not sure how much I put on results they get when we're under no pressure to perform in, where they're the only one's playing to save face after we've already put them to bed... * professionalism, for sure, but we'd already done the dogs work in the league. They need to perform for the European places...

I'm not excusing, because I'm * disgusted by our blasé attitude to these games, but it needs to be seen in the bigger picture too...

Oh, I don't disagree with anyone really in their criticism, just in the scale of it... All in, over the season we've been * persistent and ruthless domestically, and very good in Europe... I just refuse to * the bed because we've been bad in a couple of games where we don't seem to be able to figure out the correct strategy to break down a specific team, who despite that are still country miles behind us! That's throwing the baby out along with the bathwater...

We need to start taking the Huns seriously again in the dressing room, and stop just turning out against them as though they're spfl dross! We absolutely are way ahead of them, but they're good ENOUGH to drag us down to their level, and they're actually clinical enough to hurt us with the few chances they get. We need to stop giving them those chances. We need to accept that they're gonna roughhouse us. We need to accept that the refs won't help. We need to stop assuming they'll tire like the other teams.

In short, we need to start developing specific tactics and strategies for them and start putting our own stamp on the games, rather than just trying to churn out normal results. They need to be dealt with like we would a sticky European team...

Edit: oh, and we need our board to stop * about and selling 1st team picks without replacing them...

We had them on the ropes at 2-2 then started * about at the back again. The 3rd goal was especially bad, from a punt up the park. If AJ hadn't missed that chance, we would be talking about getting a point from a horredndous performance at the back.

At the end of the day, we've got the league won, but we need some physicallity in the summer.

The only good decent thing I'm taking from it is , we can see how they trouble us now , beating us at home too , we have a massive lead so maybe this will give us a kick up the * to strengthen key areas , we all know where , if we had pumped them then these might not be addressed, of they are addressed.

We done the same at 2-1, we had a right go at them and should have made it 2-2 when McCowan dragged his shot wide. They were all over the place just punting it clear. Then we started taking longer to get the ball forward and we stopped getting it forward.

Engels wasn’t good today but the talk of not showing for the ball, he was there plenty for Johnston to drop it off to him and start attacks but he would turn back go back to keeper or CCV then it go across the back line and they would get set again.

Everything slows down and eventually we would try and force something and turn the ball over. They would hit the deck or foul and stay down wasting time.

kuhn is so pish in this fixture ,mc cowan pish ,johnston probably his worst game for us .had a bad feeling about today with the lack of options in midfield and elsewhere .we needed a dm ,rw and a striker in jan or last summer ,shocking recruitment yet again

Blaming recruitment is letting Rodgers off the hook a bit I think. We should be able to win this game comfortably enough with the players we had out there. Not 4-0 or 5-0 scorelines but by a couple of goals at home.

I dont think we should fall for the excuses that inevitably turn up - complacency, recruitment, injuries etc

We are losing these games because Rangers have us well sussed out and we are refusing to mix up our approach.

you cant just let your best striker leave mid season and not bother your * replacing him ,kyogo scored in many an individual in tightly contested games v sevco to get us the win, dont disagree at all that rodgers backwards sideways pish is far too predictable but we dont have enough game changers in the side when its not going well

Maeda has been outperforming Kyogo in the middle - and we have a 9M striker on the bench today. So that not an excuse Id give Rodgers. Kuhn, Maeda, Jota with Idah in reserve is more than good enough to beat this Rangers team.

There's nothing from that second half that suggests they're way out in front of us, but that back 5 were unsettled from the get go today and had no confidence in each other. Their third goal was a series of little things going their way but they can't count on that to win the league.

I'm not overly concerned because the league is already won but we definitely need a few signings for next year.

There’s an arrogance to this Celtic team when it comes to playing them.
I wasn’t in the dressing room obviously, but you can guarantee the team talk was something along the lines of “just go out there and play our usual game boys, be patient, and our quality will win this for us!”

Form, or even quality in many cases, doesn’t mean * in these games.
The team talk should have the players coming out frothing at the mouth and spitting fire dying to get stuck into them *.

Watching the rendition of You’ll Never walk alone before the game, you could see the passion in the fans eyes and how much it means to them, then the players come out with this blasé attitude and no fire!
This fixture will never be “just another game”, it doesn’t matter if we are 10,20 or 30 points ahead, these are the games that the fans live for and there’s no excuse for putting in a performance like that.
    This 100% falls on BR.

I’m not going to go overboard, like some, and start calling for his head, but he really needs to change something for these fixtures in the future!
That was nowhere near good enough!

Another pumping at the bigotdome will be unacceptable for me especially against the radio pundit who has already got one over on us and another bad result then big questions will be getting asked about Rogers and his lack of change of tactics .

There's nothing worse than seeing a Celtic team play with no hunger - and to be bullied, harassed and out fought no once but three times this season against this mob is unforgivable. The Manager, his coaching staff and the players need to take a long hard look at themselves...

Every single one of us fans knew how they would set up against us yet our coaching staff getting paid millions couldn't foresee it or indeed combat it even tho man for man we are superior.

We were an absolute joke yesterday (again). Brendan should be embarrassed to be schooled by that wee fud ned Ferguson.

We were going into that game 16 points clear, we should have been going in with an arrogance and confidence and play them the Celtic way but instead we sat back in the first half, let them dictate the tempo and let them bully and intimate us - i couldn't believe what I was watching. Too many players looked disinterested as if they didn't want to be there - Kuhn for example. Too many players were hiding too i.e. Engels and others were just * i.e AJ and Kasper in particular.

Second half we were better, we played with purpose but as soon as we equalised we seemed to sit back again and slowed it down which played into their hands. *....

I understand that it's only a moral victory for them as the league is all but won BUT it's horrible to see them lap it up at our home and hear them blaring out Music in the changing room to rub it in - all we have done is give them a huge confidence boost going into next season.

We need some steel in the team - a Wanyama or a Scott Brown in the midfield and the same at centre half to partner CCV (big Rocky was good today) but we need a Mjallby or a Bobo type in there too as we are too weak and always seem to get bullied off the ball - it's unacceptable and needs addressed for going into next season.

I want us to now win every league game and bring home the treble - if we can do that then we are in the ascendancy going into next season - if they beat us again then I will need to question if Brendan is the right man to take us forward going into next season.

    Rant over...
