Please speak to a GP. I get this all seems very real to you but what happens in our brain and what is reality isn't the always the same.

 

If you are not famous or in a public position of power nobody really cares about your opinions or what you say online or in public.

If you can, even slightly, see where I'm coming from with the above, you must admit that there is even a slight chance that nobody is following or watching you and you're just picking up the wrong signals from everyone.

Even if you think it's a slight chance, you should give it the benifit of the doubt and at least call NHS 24 on 111 or see your GP just to talk it through with a professional.

There is no shame in asking for help mate. I hope you at least give it a chance.

I’d echo the thoughts of others and speak to your doctor about these concerns.

Don’t think anyone is trying to be insulting or dismissive of your concerns and I’ll stress that I’m not a medically qualified myself, but it reads like paranoid psychosis.

Get the help you need and best of luck.
