Making himself a must sign for next year, he is very good from left back, has shown he could easily be effective centre midfield or probably do a job off the wing too.

For me given his versatility we would be mad not to at least make him a very good offer for a couple of seasons.

He wouldn’t have been the first to move north and struggle to make an impact.

There hasn’t even been a settling in period for him though - like a duck to water - and one of the first names on the team sheet now.Really happy to have him here.

He’s top class, would love to sign him and rotate between left back and cm…. If Tierney starting he can play in the middle etc

Having visions of him scoring a screamer against the Huns and seeing it for years later on greatest goals against Sevco on YouTube

We seriously need to start negotiating making his move permanent.

He's class and on a free.

Him and Tierney rotating would make the left back position solid.

We seem to be playing to the fact that he's got a bit of a thunderbolt on him.

Couple of times today he came into that inverted role and McGregor just shifted the ball to his side for Schlupp to step onto and get a shot off. Hibs had plenty of bodies back and were throwing bodies in front of everything. Huns aren't as wise defensively so hopefully you could be right and we get to see an absolute screamer from him next week

Makes all the sense in the world to sign him, he would play a ton of games not only at left back but in midfield as well.

Completely different prospect for Cerny coming up against the big man.

It will be interesting to see Cerny, more relies on intelligence than physical attributes but having pace to match him is very useful.

The fact Schlupp is good on either foot is very useful as he showed against Olise in the Bayern away game. Cerny always wants to come in on his stronger left foot he is at his best when he can combine with others.

One thing though that is noticeable, Cerny doesn’t do much going the other way so Schlupp would have free rein to get forward. It also would mean if it’s Jota out there, the right back will be left 2 v 1 or a centre midfielder will be pulled out there leaving Hatate more space, or Hatate will come out to give us a 3 v 2. Again it is a big bonus having Schlupp who is good on either foot and has the pace to go on the overlap of Jota, even if it is to create space for Jota.

Absolutely streets ahead of Taylor. Really want us to sign him in the summer, and it would make sense for all parties for him to come here.

Hes been the surprise package of the SEASON, im the entire league.

As @KRS-1888 rightly said, many "epl" players simply cant hack the pace and physicality of the league, no matter how technically * it is.

Schlupp has been a seamless addition. Basically what every one of us has been screaming out for, for YEARS.

The difference he makes in Europe is so obvious it actually * me off a little, how we went years watching Greg Taylor get rinsed on the continent.

An absolute must sign imo. Especially given KT's injury risks

It was so obvious to anyone that if we signed pace and power over Taylor that we'd be a much better side..

This guy has an abundance of quality as well....has to be signed permanently..

Fancy this too. He’s defo not scared to shoot when he receives it just outside the box!

He should also give the team more physicality and power which we’ve missed against them in last 2 games - which is brutal to say because they are not a big team.

Love the dynamic he brings to the LB position, not afraid to get off a shot too.
Priority to get him signed up for next 2 seasons, with maybe another one year option, looks like he will be still performing well into his thirties.

Will be crucial against the huns

Fills me with confidence ahead of this, normally extremely challenging for my nerves, fixture.
